Gentle Stretch Yoga for Stress Relief and Meditation

October 8 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

This is an ideal program for beginners.  You can lie on the floor or sit in a chair, working on back strength as we alleviate stress and tension of muscles of the body.  This class will be followed by a meditation to slow the mind by helping us to focus.  A great way to begin your work week.
